Tips: Feta is extremely versatile and is just as much at home diced on salads or on its own with a sprinkle of olive oil. Also delicious hot in pasta: try some ‘conchiglie’ or ‘fusilli’ pasta with cubed feta, flaked smoked trout, grated lemon peel, fresh mint leaves and olive oil. Heaven on a plate!
