The Bartenura Balsamic Vinegar is a good example of the Italian ‘Modena’ appellation. It’s a far cry from the ‘Traditionale’ Balsamic Vinegar which is aged for at least 10 years (and would cost 100 times more…), but is a smooth and fruity ‘watered down’ version that will add a touch of class to any salad. For more information about what Balsamic Vinegar is see our article here.
Tips: Elevates even the most modest of salads. Mix it with olive oil and some grated garlic for a great dip.
