Saint Albray Cheese

Saint Albray Cheese

Created in 1976 and originating in the Jurançon region of France, the flower-shaped Saint Albray is a very aromatic, creamy and robust cheese. When young, the soft ripened cheese is moist, rich and mellow, intensifying with age. At its peak, Saint Albray advances to a more robust, hearty flavour typical of washed rind cheeses. We love it’s rich aroma and taste. A classy act.

Tips: as always, take out of the fridge 20 minutes before eating. Remember: the rind is edible and is what give these kind of cheeses most of their flavour
