A very nice cold pressed organic extra virgin olive oil from Rafael Aguilera’s solar powered olive farm in Almeria, Spain. Of medium intensity but with a subtle, light perfume. Comes in a beautiful bottle and a spout that works (unlike some you buy in shops) which can be re-used and looks great on your table. What’s not to like?
Tips: Salads with just a hint of lemon and pepper, or sprinkled on mozzarella cheese or just as a dipping oil.
