Seattle-based La Panzanella is a family business that’s been specialising in artisanal Italian ‘Croccantini’ (little crunchy bites) for over 20 years. These come in four different flavours: Original, Cracked Pepper, Rosemary and Roasted Garlic. They’re all fabulous! Beautifully crunchy and crispy-light like wafers with all natural ingredients (no unnecessary unhealthy fats as found in so many other crackers). La Panzanella have all the qualities of a home-made product.
Tips: A great snack on its own but even better with a Camembert or cream cheese.
