Buchinger Mortadella

There are many things to be grateful for in our lives. The existence of Buchinger is definitely one of them. Started by two Hungarian brothers who emigrated to Strasbourg in the early 1930s, the Buchinger establishment produces some of the best kosher cold cuts and deli products around. Their Starsbourg HQ in France also provides fabulous beef, veal and lamb meats. Mortadella is an Italian-style salami which was originally made with donkey meat. Don’t worry! None of that here. Just a beautifully cured moist salami with pieces of pistachio, pepper corns and spices.

Tips: Your sandwiches will never be the same… (add a touch of Dijon mustard).
