Mozzarella is a treat for those who appreciate the subtler things in life. But it’s got to be right. This is a particularly lovely mozzarella from Italy. Moist and creamy with not a hint of chewiness. As succulent as it gets.
Tips: As always with mozzarella, you can either add it to salads or a home made pizza or eat it sliced with olive oil. Also another opportunity to make the perfect Summer salad: the Caprese with sliced tomatoes, whole basil leaves, salt, pepper and sprinkled olive oil. Add a few capers to taste.
