This Spanish honey comes in a wide range of aromas including Rosemary, Thyme, Eucalyptus, Heather, Chestnut as well as Royal Jelly, Propolis and more. We liked the fact that this is crystallised honey but still soft enough to be spreadable. The orange blossom perfume is subtle and delicious. The Alemany family has been making honey for three generations in a small Spanish village and certainly seem to know their trade.
Tips: Avoid drowning it in tea or other hot drinks (you can use cheaper honeys for that…). Best savoured on nice slice of country bread over a thin layer of real butter.
